Naturally Eclectic DSP and Eclectic Layers overlays on this one. I couldn’t find the sentiment I wanted so I used the Labeler Alphabet to make it myself. I also used Night of Navy card stock and ink as well as Soft Sky and Tranquil Tide card stock finishing with 1/2″ Finely woven ribbon in Tranquil Tide and a mini gift bow in silver.
I’m truly in love with the Oh So Eclectic suite!!! This one uses the works! I’ve used the stamps, dies, DSP and overlays for this as well as Berry Blast, Peekaboo Peach and Lemon Lime Twist ink some which I applied with my blender pens. Night of Navy, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide are the card stocks used finally its embellished with Rhinestone jewels and an Itty Bitty Bow. I’m planning some upcoming videos including how to cut these edge decorated overlays without cutting off the edge and just in case any newbie Stampin Up stampers might peek in I’m going to do a quick tutorial on just how do you open those crazy ink pads and just why they are actually beautifully designed once you actually can figure them out! I know I struggled with my first ones.
I think everyone who buys the new Climbing Orchids bundle has to try at least one ultimate orchid spray card. I won’t lie orchids are my favourite flower! And I did my favourite colour combo of orchids: green leopard! Thanks to Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Blast being new In Colours I was able to reproduce this favourite orchid colour of mine. It’s set on a Pool Party background card stock and the only other colours are Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Blast. I finished the flowers with a touch of Wink of Stella and finished the card with an itty bitty bows Embellishment. I’m not finished with this set I have other ideas and that is the truth and I’m sticking to it. 😉
This one uses the entire suite for Oh so Eclectic the stamps, the thinlits dies, the DSP and the overlays. I love how they harmonize so much together. This was actually quick and easy to put together after all the die cuts were done. The only other things I used were the stitched shapes Framelits and Berry Burst card stock and ink as well as Lemon Lime Twist, Peekaboo Peach and Emerald Envy card stock. It’s an In Colour extravaganza!!!!
I won this set at my monthly team meeting and Pop of Paradise was not a set I would have thought to buy for myself although I did kinda like it and secretly admired. The card uses a lot of In Colours such as Lemon Lime Twist, Emerald Envy and Powder Pink as well as melon Mambo. Very easy fast card good to teach beginners.
I love using the white watercolour pencil to create the appearance of moonlight! It kinda lends itself to a rather soft almost melancholy look. Bright Wishes is a beautiful stamp set to obtain that ambiance. Night has an interesting ability to take away colours and lend itself to the mood. Maybe not a lot of work but nevertheless affective.
I finally have the Flourishing Phrases bundle and just in time before the bundle pricing retires. The Flourish Thinlits and the Flourishing Phrases stamp set are not going to retire from the new catalogue just the bundle pricing will. I only used two colours on this Whisper White and Berry Burst. I love this set and am happy to have it.
I used Bright Wishes stamped in Soft Sky and the coloured the outlines and added some shading with my Stampin Write Markers to come up with this. The sentiment is stamped with Tranquil Tide and I hand drew some little leaves around it with a Lemon Lime Twist Stampin Write Marker. Finally finished with Cajun Craze Enamel Shapes.
This time while using the Eastern Palace Suite I didn’t use any of the new in-colours instead I used Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo and Very Vanilla. Also this time I only used the stamp set from the suite. This was a lot of fun and the composition kinda fell in place as I went! I finished by embellishing with enamel shapes. Unfortunately these ones have retired.
