This is a really simple easy for even a beginner card. It uses Artistically Asian as the stamp set from the annual catalog. I’m thinking of this plus 3 other cards I have to make today and tomorrow for a beginner or anyone who is interested card Class! I’ll put enlighten essential oil in the diffuser to stimulate creativity and see what I can come up with over the next two days. I’m thinking a good mix of the annual and Occasions catalogs will be in order.
Ok so I needed a break from the holiday catalog! I also felt I needed something basic monotone and elegant at the same time. Artistically Asian stamps, product from the Floral Boutique Suite (both the DSP and the designer series Washi Tape) as well as a simple palette of Night of Navy and Whisper White came to my rescue. This card is both simple and elegant. It’s also a nice card to let someone know how much their friendship means to you.
Have I mentioned lately how much I love touches of texture. This double stamp set is so versatile I keep playing with it! The sentiment is from artistically Asian. My ink is delightful Dijon, watermelon wonder, flirty flamingo, sweet sugarplum, Emerald envy, cucumber crush and basic grey. Card stock is whisper white, delightful dijon and watermelon wonder. All embellished with basic pearl jewels.
Ok it’s play time! Touch of Texture stamp set and sentiment from Artistically Asian stamp set in Momento Tuxedo Black ink. Then sponge on Tempting Turquoise, Emerald Envy and Sweet Sugarplum ink on Whisper White card stock. Tempting Turquoise and Emerald Envy for mattes and finally a Basic Black card base.
This card uses the Artistically Asian stamp set and the Woodland TIEF. A brayer and stamp right on the embossing folder and stamps directly on the card stock. I used Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry ink and Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry card stock.
I’m continuing with my posts of three cards using Artistically Asian, Moroccan Nights and Touch of Texture stamp sets together. This is the 3rd of my little series. The colour scheme for this one like the other two consists of 2 colours: Peekaboo Peach and Tangerine Tango. This one is my favourite of the 3! I love orange!!!
This is the second card I made using the three stamp sets: Artistically Asian, Moroccan Nights and Touch of Texture. The colours used on this one are Sweet Sugarplum and Rich Razzleberry card stock and ink.
Yesterday I got my new Stampin’Up! order which included the stamp sets Artistically Asian, Moroccan Nights and Touches of texture. I never thought when I ordered them how well these 3 sets work together! I was playing with them and came up with this and kept playing until I had a set of 3 cards. This is the first which uses all 3 stamp sets and the colours Pear Pizzazz and Emerald Envy card stock and ink. The other 2 will be on future posts. Stay tuned for them!
