Just a little punch and embossing!! The punches are the pansy punch and petite petals. The embossing folder is Fluttering. The colours are Wild Wasabi, Calypso Coral and So Saffron. The trim is clear glimmer paper with metallic glitter tape. Finally the sentiment is from Rose Wonder.
I finally had time to do a birthday card! This on uses the stamp sets Lovely as a Tree, the now retiring Summer Silhouettes and the sentiment from Butterfly Basics. All coloured with alcohol markers and mounted on Cucumber Crush and Marina Mist card stock. #imbringingbirthdaysback #stampinup
This Stamp set and Die bundle has not only retired but is sold out but I had to create another card with it. I bought this one for my heavy into tea drinking mum for Mother’s Day and that’s exactly what I did! I just realized the heart framelits I used have just retired too! Still I have the Worlds best Mother and I’m not afraid to shout it!
I got the idea of using my leftover Paper Pumpkin kit leaves and flowers to make blooming cacti from Pinterest and then I did my own thing with it. I used the bonus All About Everything stamp set to write the sentiment. I guess you can make lots of extras with one Paper Pumpkin kit!
So I did my paper pumpkin kit last night and hung it on my door. It was so easy! That’s what’s so special about paper pumpkin with clear instructions and pre-cut pieces you can’t go wrong and it’s perfect for parents that wish to teach fun paper crafts to their children. It’s really just that simple. It’s $24 a month to subscribe and I will give anyone buying a three month subscription from me a container for your stamps. Anyone buying a year subscription I will give the container plus a bottle of stamp cleaner as my way of saying thank you. By the way with a one year subscription the price is such a deal you basically get one month free.
This is an anniversary card created using the Bloomin’ Hearts thinlits dies. The heart is out of dazzling diamonds glimmer paper and the flowers out of blushing bride glimmer paper. It has a strip of glitter tape, two botanical jewels embellishments and the sentiment is from the watercolour wings stamp set with the “2” added on with a Stampin’ Write marker. I didn’t have an anniversary stamp set but with the words …on your special day on the inside along with two glimmer paper hearts it gets the message across. #StampinUp
I’ve got to say I love this Birthday Blooms rose. It makes real pretty cards! I’ve watercoloured it with my Stampin Write markers on a white heat embossed image and cut it,and a matte in Burmuda Bay, with my oval framelits die set. The lace butterfly is glitter paper cut first with the Bloomin heart thinlits die and then again with the bold butterfly thinlits die. The sentiment is from the Rose Wonder stamp set bundled with the Rose Garden thinlits dies. All set on a pool party background and embellished with rhinestone basic jewels. #imbringingbirthdaysback #stampinup
The main features of this card are the embossed sentiment from Suite Sayings and the butterflies cut with the Elegant Butterfly punch. The colours used are melon mambo, calypso coral, so saffron, wild wasabi, tempting turquoise and rich razzleberry. The first thing I did was cut 1 1/2″ off the 5x 7″ face of the card so the front is now 3 1/2x 7″ but the back is still 5×7″. First I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and set white embossing powder on it with my heat gun. I then punched the butterflies and placed them on the card edge one at a time and marked their placement with a dot and put them to the side. I then coloured each butterfly’s trail with coordinating Stampin’ Write markers and a trail of a flown away rich razzleberry butterfly at the top followed by a so saffron sun and painted water over them. Carefully smudging them then, when dry, glued on one set of wings of each butterfly. Finally I embellished it using rhinestone basic jewels. #stampinup
This in contrast to my last card is a very soft, gentle and extremely feminine card. It uses Staz-on ink in opaque white on So Saffron card stock. Almost all the stamping is done with the Summer Silhouettes stamp set except the sentiment which is from the now retired Lighthearted Leaves set. It’s simply embellished with pearl basic jewels. Then mounted on a 5 1/2″ by 4 1/4″ whisper white card base.
This is my first try at a sponge and stamp landscape card. The inks used are elegant eggplant, daffodil delight, tangerine tango, real red, Bermuda bay, and momento tuxedo black. Stamp sets used are Serene Silhouettes and Awesomely Artistic. #StampinUp
